~Wear tight fitting, nonslip clothing and bring water. Bring your balls! (Balls will also be available, and for sale at class.) ~Class includes abdominal work. Come to class on an empty stomach if possible. And, please bring a mat to class.

Contraindications, L warnings-
1) If you have disc problems, you should begin with abdominal work, before back work.
2) Do not do abdominal work if you are pregnant.
3) Radiation therapy- you must avoid area for 4 months.
4) If you are taking medication such as, (Cortisone, prednisone and other steroids, blood thinners, high cholesterol meds and blood pressure meds.) You could injure soft tissue. It is advised to start slow and use a softer ball.
5) Never roll on tail bone, lower ribs or base of sternum.
6) If you have, or might have osteoporosis you must start with a soft ball.
